Day 1: Fly to Ho Chi Minh city (overnight flight)
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City
Transfer to the 4* Pullman Saigon Centre for two nights. Guided tour of the city, including the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum.
Day 3: Cu Chi Tunnels
An unforgettable day. Visit the Cu Chi tunnels. They are a famous network of complex underground tunnels that stretch over 124 miles! Learn about Vietnam's war time history.
Day 4: Board Your Ship
Enjoy the drive to the Mekong delta, past coconut groves and paddy fields. Stop off at the beautiful Cholon market and a lacquer workshop before boarding the 4* river ship.
After a tasty lunch on board sail past stilted villages and watch life on the river.
In the evening tuck into your first dinner which is accompanied by local wines, beers and soft drinks.
Day 5: Cai Be
Sail past Cai Be's waterfront and incredible floating market. Visit the French Gothic cathedral then cruise to Sa Dec for a walk through its vibrant market.
Day 6: Tan Chau
Wake up at Tan Chau near Cambodia, a leading silk centre! Then cross the border into Cambodia.
Day 7: Phnom Penh
Experience a rickshaw ride around the incredible Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. Discover the National Museum and see beautiful Khmer craft. Then, visit the infamous Tuol Sleng Genocide museum.
Day 8: Explore Phnom Penh surroundings
In the morning hop on the bus and head to Kampong Tralach. Here you will find the beautiful monastery of Vat Kamping Leu Pagoda, which has incredible fresco wall paintings.
Then, visit historic Oudong, the former capital of Cambodia.
Board your ship for lunch and then in the afternoon you will go to Vat Phnom, a beautiful hill sanctuary.
Day 9: Chong Koh
In the morning visit Chong Koh, a silk weaving village.
Sail towards the upper Mekong.
Day 10:
Cruise to the heart of Cambodia to Angkor Ban to witness rural Cambodia life. This is one of the few villages that was not destroyed during the Khmer Rouge period.
The boat will then sail to Kampong Cham, where you will hop on a bus to discover the temple of Wat Nokor.
Day 11: Siem Reap
The ship heads to Siem Reap. Here you will head to your 4* hotel in the centre of Siem Reap
Day 12: Angkor Wat
An incredible day exploring the famous Angkor Wat complex.

Day 14: Return flight back to the UK.
